Students on the school wide honor roll will receive awards and gifts according to the following:

(1)   Gold – a minimum average of 90.00 or above

(2)   Silver – a minimum average of 85.00 to 89.99

(3)   Bronze – a minimum average of 80.00 to 84.99

Sadly, only few parents show up and mostly only those parents who child(ren) are on the school wide honor.  It is rare to see more than a handful of teachers and parents and students not on the honor roll.   Those honoree students who put forth the hard work and dedication toward getting high marks do not get the resounding acknowledgement from the entire school community.  Do we ever stop to wonder why there are so few honor roll students?

This honor roll night and future honor roll nights my wish is that more and more parents, teachers and students will come out to support our honor roll students.
