Policy All students, employees and visitors must be protected from the effects of second-hand smoke.
| Chancellor’s Regulation C-810 This regulation implements the New York City Smoke-Free Act and New York State Indoor Clean Air Act .Each school must post "No Smoking" signs throughout the school premises and at all major entrances.
